  • I have no such cursor issue using a wide variety of resolutions whether fullscreen or windowed on different monitors. With an isolated bug like yours, your best bet may be to file a ticket on the EA Answer Headquarters.
    And it's a lame tip, but try updating drivers.

  • Have you tried a different mouse? I was having a similar problem but when I switched from a wireless mouse to a wired mouse it got much better.

  • If you go into Game Options > Graphics > Display Type > Windowed Fullscreen it should fix the problem :)

    Hello
    Try coming completely out of the game and back to the desktop screen. Then reload the game again and see if that helps.
    If the issue remains, try changing the screen resolution , then test doing it again.
    Try turning off origin in-game and see if that helps. To do that, go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture. Click on “Game Properties”. Then untick the box that enables origin in-game
    If you still have issues, it would be best to post here what the error message says.

Game Mode On Off

  • the F11 key toggles Full Screen Mode on and off
  • ALT+V+F will toggle Full Screen Mode on and off
  • move your cursor to the top edge of the screen, right-click in the blank area on one of the toolbars that slide down and choose 'Exit Full Screen Mode'
  • press the ALT key or the F10 key to temporarily display the Menu Bar and click View > Full Screen to check or un-check it (checked=Full Screen Mode on; un-checked=Full Screen Mode off)
