Sep 26, 2013 I keep getting 'USB Device not Recognized' from a new cable Just bought a new cable but now I really wanna record with my Elgato Game Capture HD but the pop up always show up and prevents this, how do fix this I would love to start recording as soon as possible! I have also done all 5 steps in there tech support article, opening and closing the EGC HD software, reset the Elgato hardware, tried a different USB cable connecting in another port.
